Pencils and Peplum

My two favorite style trends were on display today: peplum top and a pencil skirt. The shades of blue matched so well that several people commented on my 'new dress' not realizing that it was separates that they have seen on numerous occasions. Both pieces are from Eloquii and my mini satchel is from Coach.
