Pink Check Mini: The Retired and The Reborn

 For the past few years I have rocked my pink check mini with this little pink jacket from JCPenney. But, the last time I wore it I noticed a disturbing sheen to the jacket that was a clear sign of age, over-ironing and general fatigue....it was time to let go of it. But the skirt is a stretchy, easy cotton that still has a couple of years to it at least....

So I decided to change up the look and matched it up with  a brown Lane Bryant jacket and pink Eloquii shell. With brown shoes and bag I think it took the skirt in a totally different direction.
