This summer has been, in a word, busy. Last summer we built a pool in our backyard so this year we updated our kitchen.The white appliances with off-white acrylic countertops just weren't cutting it anymore. So, we went from this:

In addition to the home improvements, I've also developed a rather alarming case of 'fashionitis'. With unimpressive developments in the tech front, my wardrobe sort of became my new passion. Not to worry, I've used lots of tech in the process!
I've also been thriving at my new job-it's been very challenging but in a way that makes me feel a huge sense of accomplishment when I get a solution in place.
