Why Can't It be Easy?

I woke up at the crack of dawn and was excited to be able to finally be able to place my pre-order and get my Droid Pro shipped, hopefully for delivery on the 11th since Dean is off. So far, I haven't gotten any confirmation email and now trying to use the search portal now brings up '0' instead of the previous message "order received, being processed". I'm starting to suspect the worst.
All I wanted was to get my Droid Pro.......arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
