Fast App Launching

For the first few days of using the Blackberry Bold I was convinced that I wasn't properly shutting down apps. I just couldn't, and still can't, get over how quickly apps launch when invoked. Even the 'largest' of databases seem to just pop open! Again, I really wish Windows Mobile could do this- some apps just seem to take an inordinately long time to launch.
